We allow guide dogs only across the whole site including the carparks.

Unfortunately, smoking and vaping is not permitted on site. 

During wet weather wellies are recommended so please bring a pair with you. During hottter weather the ground is lovely and dry so casual footwear is suitable.

Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own food. There are picnic benches by the play area where you can sit and eat while watching your little ones have fun. 

Yes, You may book on the day. There is a £1.00 per person booking fee when booked on the door. 

Some events may become full therefore, it is recommended to book prior to your visit to avoid dissapointment.

Unfortunatley, due to cross contamination we are not permitted to allow food from customers homes to be brought into the animal penns. Food can be purchased from admissions for £1.00 and can be fed to most of our animals. 

From June 2023 we became a cashless site.
